Senior Management
Allyn Rieke is the General Manager of NUS Consulting’s Brussels office. Allyn originally joined NUS Consulting’s Düsseldorf office in 1981. In 1999, he left the firm to take the position of head of marketing for EDF Trading in Germany. He later became Business Development Manager for Entergy-Koch Trading. In 2003, Allyn returned to NUS Consulting in his current position.

Overview

In 1968, NUS Consulting commenced operations in Brussels. The Brussels office advises clients located throughout Belgium, Holland and Luxembourg. Being located at the administrative center of the European Community, the Brussels office actively reviews the promulgation of laws, rules, and regulations affecting the utility markets throughout the continent.

The Benelux market is characterized by volatile and high energy prices. NUS Consulting’s focus is assisting clients in the management of their energy risks by reviewing current purchasing strategies, hedging opportunities and the use of financial and physical energy products.

In addition to its audit and analysis of the local energy market, the Brussels office also has gained particular expertise in the management of large multi-national accounts with operations located through Europe and the world.
